Welcome to ClayCountyCruzers.com! We are a Classic Car club in Clay County, Florida. We were formed early 2008 by our founder and first president, Elisabeth Palmer. Our first show was held in April 2008 in Middleburg. 

Our goal is to keep classic car interest & culture alive - 'Don't junk 'em - rebuild 'em!' This club was founded to connect with others who share our hobby and have fun while doing good things for our community. We look forward to meeting anyone in the north Florida area interested in classic cars. The proceeds from our activities are used to establish scholarships for Clay County High school students who seek post-secondary education and training in the automotive related industries. We also support other charities such as Quigley House, Wounded Warrior Project, the Safe Animal Shelter and several others.

Our club's first "Drive your ride Road Trip" was a real blast!  We all met in the Winn-Dixie parking lot in Middleburg and traveled to "Boondocks" Sports Bar in Lawtey for lunch.  The Trailridge group had smoked chicken with all the fixins' for us.  They are raising funds for a museum in Lawtey. There were some local area rods there as well.  Our DJ's, Don and Jan, were there and the tunes were rockin'. 

After lunch, we headed south on US 301 to the "Classic Cafe" in Waldo, across from the Waldo Flea Market.  The Classic Cafe is decorated with lots of classic car stuff and they served us up some delicious apple pie ala mode! 

With our bellies full, we headed back to Middleburg to catch the SEC Championship game and cheer the Gators to victory over the Alabama Crimson Tide!  Elisabeth posted lots of photos on the CCC MySpace Page.
